On Saturday August 13th, 2022 the members of the Glenn Dale Fire Association along with other volunteers stations across the county were invited to attend the Watkins Park Community Day hosted by the Maryland National Capital Park Police. The members who were present answered questions about volunteering and were actively recruiting new members to the department.
