On January 15th, 2023 around 4:00pm Tower 18, Chief 18, and Chief 18A were alerted to the 5500 block of Kenilworth Avenue in Company 13’s area for a report of the Alamo restaurant on fire. While enroute communications was getting multiple calls and the Working Fire Dispatch was started. First arriving units arrived to find fire showing from the roof. Tower 18 operated for about 2 hours before returning to service.
